I've only heard Queen of Swords, which sounds like a Celine Dion song from 20 years ago.

 

Looking forward to hearing the whole album this weekend.

I just finished listening to the whole thing. I love it. It's filled with great adult pop songs and Idina sounds right at home singing them. I personally enjoy this album MUCH more than "I Stand". My favorite tracks are "Small World", "Show Me" & "Extraordinary".

Just finished listening to the whole album. It's great! Much more than "I Stand" these songs and lyrics seem to express where she is at in her life at this moment. My favorites are: "Show Me", "Small World", and "Everybody Knows".

I just got back from her cd signing. Love her, but standing in line with her hysterical fans made me want to break a cd in half and stab myself in the eye with it.

Nothing to do with the 'sound' but what's with the art directors for both the cover of Kristin and Idina for their respective CDs ?

Get the best airbrush[Kristin] artist and do  glam and pouty, and Idina -nah! can't find the words.

I know you don't play the cover so won't judge what's inside[not my sort of music] but surely in this day and divergence of styles these very popular artists could be a little more original and inventive ,

I have this weird thing where I love Idina and her theatre work but I have absolutely zero desire to listen to this album.

I bought a signed copy of the CD at the launch last night but haven't been able to listen to it yet because I'm in a hotel with no CD player!! I heard a few songs at the launch though and really liked them, especially Queen of Swords and Perfect Story. I still can't believe that she just happened to have a free show in Brooklyn when I was in New York and had a night free!

I am loving everything about the album...yes even the cover . Idina sure is one lucky so-and-so...spends 10+ years with that sexual piece of chocolate a.k.a Taye Diggs and now she's engaged to that fine ass Aaron Lohr.

I couldn't get through the album. I like Idina but it all sounds like songs rejected by Demi Lovato, Selina Gomez, or even Lea Michellpheba.

Listened to the whole thing yesterday and really like it. I love the the cover photo.
