This sounds really interesting. Can't find any info about dates they are going to show it, but Sondheim is supposed to be there. I wonder if it will make it to cable for us out-of-towners.

I've also read that Sondheim and Price will be in attendance but there are two separate screenings. I'm wondering if they'll be at both, or which one?

I have been debating becoming a member of the Film Society if Lincoln Center for some time....  This announcement put me over he edge so I can have priority booking

I think I recognised a middle -aged James Weissenbach in the trailer - it will be very interesting to understand how this impacted on his life. I'm glad he felt able to participate.

The documentary looks wonderful and oddly like it could be a much more moving and persuasive argument about the themes of MERRILY than the actual musical itself.
