I guess this goes to show that Audra was the reason people were buying tickets. I wasn't familiar with the singer they hired to replace her, but they really should have gone for a bigger name if the entire production was so dependent on her ticket sales.

I feel like this show does have fairly high operating costs, but this is still pretty shocking news. With this, AAIP, Fun Home, Bright Star and TKAI, June is turning into quite the bloodbath!
