Waitress Rush Tickets |
That said, the rush lines are almost always longer on the weekends than during the week no matter who is there.

Thanks for your response! I know you said its uncertain, but what time would you recommend I go? Like how early to be safe?

I honestly have no idea.
I'm looking to rush for the first time tomorrow morning 2/14 & get tickets for the valentines show. Going early but have a few questions.
How much do the rush tickets cost? I saw a post here that said it was up to $48 now for the rush tickets. WHERE in the theatre do you get seats? Is it anywhere??
I went when it was Jason Mraz but they tend to sell partial view. My friends and I were first in line and we got first and second-row seats to the extreme house right. Another one of my friends got last row of the orchestra. But it really depends when you show up as the first people tend to get better tickets than the last.
Hello! Thank to all for the information. I got there about 7:30AM this morning (2/14 Valentines Day). There were already 4 people in line at that time. It became a long line by 10AM. The lady said that they had plenty of rush tickets, but no specific number. The guy at the window said they werent selling any partial view today. I got two tickets, Right Orchestra, Row c, seats 10 & 12. Great seats it seems! Total came to $96 ($48 each). I imagine the first people in line got there about 7AM. I wasn't expecting that many people but it is Valentine's Day!
Does anyone know if Sara performs on Thursday evenings / what shows she regularly does? I want to make sure not to miss her!
Also, are there partial view seats given for rush tickets? Which are the partial view seats?

Today there were 40 rush tickets. Got there at 7AM, was 6th in line. I got full view orchestra row J on the left. Two people lined up behind me around 8, and then from 9-10 a huge crowd was behind me.
What time do they release the rush tickets? Do you have to stay until the show, or do you get the ticket in the morning and then can leave until the show?
Box office opens at 10AM. People line up prior to 10AM to insure they get a rush ticket. Your ticket & seat is picked by the box office. So after you purchase your ticket @ 10AM you can leave/go home/hang around until your showtime.
Sara has been sick the past few days & has missed the past few shows. Hopefully she is feeling better but she is normally performing at every show. You won't know 100% until before the show starts or you can call the box office to check. Another way is to check her social media.
I think if you are on the very right orchestra or box seats, the view is partial. You miss the diner scenes. If you're in the left orchestra then you don't view the stage band, but that doesn't impact anything much.

You got that backwards. If you are on the right side of the orchestra you will see the kitchen and not the band. If you're on the left side you will not see the kitchen and see the band.
I rushed on Tuesday, March 6th and was the first person in line at 6am :) The second and third person showed up at around 6:40am and 6:50am respectively. There were about 20 people in line by 8am and 30 by 9am. The producers offered 25 rush tickets that day and some discounted tickets. The tickets cost $48, but once Sara leaves the show, the price is going to drop down to $40. I got amazing seats; Orch 10&12D. Good luck to everyone rushing! (I guess you don't really need luck; you just need to wake up early)

I rushed the last week of April and it was $40.
My friend went last Friday at 8am, and was 6th in line. She got tickets, as did folks who arrived after her. I'll have to ask her where her seats were.
