Bought 4 tickets to Lightning Thief for the 8pm show last night (Fri. Sept 7th) and we were seated in Orchestra CENTER Row G! Really amazing seats for that prices.

 

Beware though. The staff (particularly the ushers except this one nice lady) at the Longacre Theatre are a bunch of old and grumpy mean gremlins.

At The Sound Inside tonight I’m in orchestra H1; it’s a fabulous seat. At The Inheritance part 1 last night I was in row B of the rear mezz, but I moved to row A because it was strangely empty.

Freestyle Love Supreme tonight (Sunday 10pm) was Orchestra E114 and Frozen last Thursday was Mezz F113, and both were pretty great seats!

At The Sound Inside on Saturday, I was in the mezz row B. The whole row seemed to be TDF tickets, and I was surprised to see how empty the mezz was!

Come From Away is on TDF now as well.  Had been hoping to see it for awhile and the night it's finally available is when we're going to see Hadestown .  Hopefully it will be back this week or soon.

I've seen Come From Away pop up once a week or so. Has anyone done TDF for CFA recently? Where have the seats been? Last time I saw it (over a year ago), TDF seats were extreme sides of the orchestra.

I saw it through TDF a few months ago and seats were Center rear orchestra, maybe 4 rows from the back but dead center.

I had rear mezzanine row A when I saw it. From what I've been reading, the seat locations have been either that row or forward in the mezz.

The only time it's been up so far is over Rosh Hashanah. Wouldn't be surprised to see some of the 10pm shows pop up further into the run, but probably not until opening buzz dies down a bit.

@raddersons, I don’t think they’ve started marathon days just yet. I think they were starting off with a week or two of Part 1 previews, now they’re adding Part 2 into the schedule.  I think you still have a chance at catching a marathon day, all is not lost - - keep checking!

A concert that I’m in just popped up on TDF - “Songs from Cult Classics to Benefit the ACLU” at 54 Below this Thursday October 10th. It features songs from Carrie, Side Show, Shock Treatment, and more, and the cast features performers from Hadestown, Alice By Heart and Postmodern Jukebox. $18 and waived food/drink minimum. :)
