Is anyone still unable to see Broadway and Off-Broadway offers? I’ve heard no response from TDF and haven’t had any changes on my account. Seems like most others here are having their issues resolved and mine has been the same all week.
Not a new problem, but WHY are non-Broadway shows continuing to be listed under "Broadway"?? The Hungarian Opera & Ballet, American Ballet Theatre, City Center shows, etc. may be larger venues, but they are not Broadway...
Also, it used to save preferences (i.e., Broadway would always show up first for me) but that doesn't seem to be an option now.

I've noticed the same thing. When I would like on a category it would save it (maybe in the cookies?) but now it always reverts back to "All" and takes much longer to load then it used to.

Thank you for the heads up! I am a huge fan of his and was actually considering using the discount code from fb for tickets, but this is a way better deal than any discount code, no matter where the seats are. Gonna see this the afternoon of the 27th ??

They just sent out an e-mail addressing the changes made and the few things they are trying to fix. One being sold out show dates not showing on the list of dates.
^^^ That would be a great feature. To my knowledge, there is no "wish list" that we can construct on the site and be alerted when that show was listed. I would love that. Has anyone found anything like that on TDF?
It's weird that the site was "upgraded," and it certainly took a lot of time and wreaked havoc, but I haven't noticed any additional functionality or features that benefit members. Maybe some social media abilities have been added, but I don't care to post on Facebook when I buy ticket to something.
One change I have noticed: When you purchased tickets previously, you would have a half hour to check out. Now, it seems to be eight minutes.
I purchased tickets for "The Prom" on Tuesday. My card was charged and I received an email confirmation. When I log on to TDF today, however, I see that in my order history there are "No orders found for future performances." Is this common? Should I be concerned? I tried calling them so I could confirm that I indeed had tickets, but their phone line doesn't open until 10 on Monday.

I’m sure you’re fine. The new website is a disaster.
They're declining my debit card. However, I checked with my bank and There's nothing wrong with it. Also, it keeps changing the date for the show I want.
Gave it another try and was successful in getting a ticket for SUMMER on the afternoon I wanted...and they accepted the debit card the refused earlier. It was a smooth transaction, actually.
Because it's not about the price paid, but availability, right? King Kong just opened in previews last week and was close to 100% sold. The average price is just based on pre-sales ticket prices, I imagine if attendance starts to drop in the coming weeks, you'll see it listed in TDF more frequently, but it's probably just too early.
Got tix for Once on this Island for $40 w/fees! I thought prices for Broadway musicals were standardized? Won't look a gift horse in the mouth though :)
