Hi fellow theater goers. I was hoping you could help answer a few questions I had about the upcoming winter Braodyweek BOGO offer. I've only been attending Broadway shows now for a little over a year now and I have finally lucked out my next trip is lined up perfectly with Broadway week and my friend can join me as well.
I've heard that it is best to purchase the tickets as soon as they go on sale. So far the only show we have settled on is Wicked. I have seen it twice already (Including this past October), but she has never seen a Broadway show, so I think that will be a great show for her. We are also going to try to see The Color Purple.
Does anyone have an opinion on Fiddler On The Roof or School Of Rock ? I know they are two very different very musicals, but I am interested in both and I haven't seen either one. I am kind of leaning toward Fiddler On The Roof because I think it would nice to see a classic musical.
Where are the seats normally located for this BOGO special ? I have heard that it worth spending the extra $20 to get better seats. Are the prices the average ticket price they would be for the season and just divided in half for each ticket ?
Thank you for your help ! I always get the answer I am looking for hear and really sound reviews of the musicals & plays (ie I have saved money and seen some great stuff I would have never even considered.)
