Two Best Production Tony Winners in One Theater

Hi all, just a Tony history question --

Has there ever been a Broadway/Tony season where two of the Best Production winners played the same theater? For example, a revival opens in the fall, closes in winter and a new play opens in its theater in the spring and they each win Best Play Revival and Best Play, respectively?

I'm asking because, with the number of revivals scheduled for this coming fall, I could see it happening this year.

I believe 1964 is an example, as Luthor and Hello, Dolly! both opened at the St. James that season.
