I have an extra ticket for tonight if anyone is interested. It's $20 seat location unknown. Text me at 3475420097. I could meet you in front of the Lyric at around 730 tonight. Stan
I entered on a whim, last Thursday around 1:30, and got the email that I won by 4pm. PIcked up my tickets. They were in row X of the orchestra, which was a great view.
Won my first time! Entered for a Saturday matinee. Sharing your entries on twitter/facebook triples your chances, so if you're not doing that, you're not helping yourself.
I won the first week they had it, and got front row of the dress circle. I've been told by people that they haven't been giving out those seats recently though.
Does anyone happen to know or have an estimate as to how many lotto tickets they sell per performance?
(also, since this is a thread sort of about TodayTix, I'm gonna shamelessly plug my code: UDMDW. Sorry! I just recently got the app, and I have $0 in credit, so using my code would be greatly appreciated)
A friend enters every day. He's won three times but due to conflicts had to turn he first two pairs of tickets down. This weekend he won again and used them.
Keep trying!! I signed up for Today Tix and entered the lottery same day--last Wednesday morning at 9am. I had an email stating I'd won by 11am for the matinee. The concierge had probably 15-20 envelopes in hand when I showed up. I landed 12th row right orch and moved to an aisle seat, center for the 2nd act. Even with the lottery, the orchestra was only about 3/4 full. (USCOB if anyone needs a code!)
I had tried at least 4 times and finally won 2 weeks ago for the Saturday matinee. Had Row S seat 6. Was really great, considering it was a very cold day and did it from my phone. Can't beat the price and the show was terrific.
"If we don't wake up
and shake the nation,
we'll eat the dust of the world,
wondering why...why?"
I remember to enter every few days, and finally won for last nights show! My seats were in the dress circle, C 22 and 24. Not sure how many tickets they have for the lottery, or if that changes for each performance, but there were a ton of open seats around us.
