Oh, sorry to hear. I have always had a good time there. It gets this old gals heart pumping. I might wait for papering but considering normal tickets are $99, I can afford to do the $30. Either TDF or Rush and it's right down the street from me.
Gah! I love Fuerza Bruta. I didn't even realize it was coming back!
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?

Meaning what? I never noticed anything, not that I was a regular goer but I don't remember hearing of any problems.

I always had a good time. Granted the crowds towards the end were not always the most attentive audience I would want to be locked in a room with for an hour, but always managed to get to a good spot in the auditorium with some people that were there to actually enjoy the show (ie, not drunk or there to cause trouble). Seeing the new version on Sunday. Looking forward to getting rained on again.
They kept a lot of the old show, brought back some stuff from the first version of Fuerza Bruta I saw and completely changed the end.
The "Live Band" is 5 or 6 people drumming along with the pre-recorded music. The new stuff they added is incredible. I am not going to give it away, but feel free to PM me. It is really incredible and something really fun and unique. Other than the giant slip and slide my other favorite moments in the show. They are now offering free ear plugs, Which I am now sorry I did not use. they would have come in handy for the last 15 minutes of the show. IT IS LOUD!!!!! The end soaking of the audience and the dance party at the end are now shorter and is now concentrated toward the center of the auditorium. And if you want you can get REALLY WET!!! The giant slip and slide (pool) scene has been extended. I think they made the pool smaller or tonight was just not as crowded as I have attended in the past. But it is still one of the coolest things in the show. If you are standing in the right spots in the auditorium you might be chosen to "fly" with the cast for the end of the show. I was asked and declined. Too old for that stuff now. LOL All in all it was a fun night. Man, I wish I had used the ear plugs.
It's 1:30 am and my ears have finally stopped ringing.
Saw a preview tonight. It is incredible. They added a lot of new stuff, and kept a good deal of the old! The focus is now off of the DJ and on to the Wayra Drummers, who chant/sing and drum throughout. The show is in great shape, except for some technical trouble with transitions, however that may have just been tonight's performance.
Err, Fuerza Bruta means brute force, with the adjective following the noun, so technically you asked how force is this brute, so you may want to flip that around.
