Well, the accessory is a very public entity.

Jeff, Something About Mary came out in 1998 and to my recollection from the film, we the audience knew what it was without the words ever being used. Bringing up Cheyenne Social Club from 1970, they stated exactly what it was. If Kramer wanted to have this scene in the earlier movie with Streisand there were ways to make his point. He did not have to show actual ejaculation. The scene could have easily been implied and still make a strong,powerful point and possibly with the words cum used. I was just citing a movie, from 1970, that was a national release that actually stated the words.
