If/Then Stage door |
These girls are singing Let it Go and Do you Wanna Buikd a Snowman with different lyrics (please will you sign my playbil?). Someone just drove past singing let it go out of a taxi and the girls sang back.
It's crowded but fun. Doesn't seem quite as bad as say Radcliffe how to succeed.

This was already discussed in the If/Then thread.

Yes, but it could be easily overlooked amoung all the posts about reviews, openions ect. I think a thread dedicated to this is fine.

I agree, it's fine, I was just informing the OP of this in case they wanted more detailed info.

Does the majority of the cast come out to sign? Specifically LaChanze. I love her.
Without bread we'd just be hungry
but without theatre we'd be dead
Yes LaChanze did, as did all of the other principles.

Thanks for the info everyone! Does anyone know how long it takes for everyone to usually come out? Does Idina come out after matinees as well? Am I better off coming back to the stage door another night so I can line up before the show lets out? Thanks again for the suggestions!!
Idina didn't come out after the matinee yesterday (Saturday) but James and Anthony and co all did! They've all been talking about how exhausted they are this weekend so maybe it won't be a regular thing that she doesn't come out after matinees but I'm not sure. They were all super nice and the crowd the other day wasn't bad- big but very polite.

After the Sunday matinee, they did come out and announce that she wouldn't be coming out, so you don't have to stand there waiting, at least.
Now t/d/b/a haterobics on here.
Idina came out after 12am the show I waited (not joking).

They all came out tonight with Idina, James, and Anthony coming out at around 11:20 (apparently they were doing a talkback). It was crazy with people freaking out bit overall it was fine. I think people behaved because security told everyone that if there was any pushing they would not stick around. Everyone signed and seemed genuinely touched by the fan support. I left as Idina took her bow and ended up right at the barrier in a prime spot. Just a tip they move the barriers from in front of the door so idina can get to her car so stand just to one side of the door and you will be in prime spot

Yeah, she came around 11:30 when I went. Why does Idina make people wait so long? That is so rude and unfair to everyone unless it's because of notes or something?

Yeah, it's weird. It's not like she's at work or something and has other work related things to do after she finishes on stage.
So strange...

"Why does Idina make people wait so long?"
How does she make you wait? I thought waiting at the stage door was more of a free will situation?

Gah...how dare she.

That's why I said that it's rude unless she has work.

If you want to meet her, you wait...and yes it is a fre-will situation.

disneybroadwayfan22-- what's with the bizarre and shameful sense of entitlement? Talk about rude.
