Been to Vegas 10 times

Most of the hotels we liked. Liked Paris the first time but on a return visit a few years ago, it appears they cut back in many areas including maintenance

Said to hear the Pirate battle is gone replaced by a CVS. It appears to be the way of the world.

Stayed downtown in September just for a change. Stayed at the Golden Nugget. It is the best of those downtown which is not saying much. Still parts of Fremont Street are sleazy. Loved Fitzgeralds but its replacement The D. What a letdown.

Back on the strip, we loved the Wynn. Class all the way. Thinking about the Encore for the next visit. We previously went down to the Aria. It is very sterile like an office building or hospital. Stayed @ Caesars , Mirage, Mandalay Bay, Venetian, Pallazzo . The Bellagio always reminded us of a whore house with all the tassels & hanging drapes.
