Guys and Dolls with Lane, Wilson, Boggess, Mullally |
Sold and out....
Carnegie tends to release returned tickets, but it's very unpredictable. Keep your browser on that events page and refresh OFTEN.
Good luck! I'm really looking forward to this one!

I haven't seen any availability at Carnegie website. I see some tickets at stubhub, but as usual they are probably way over-priced at $200+. Anybody know what the original price was for this concert?

Face value on my mid to rear parquet/left seat is 109.00. Paid 115.00 w/fees. No idea what the other price points were. I can't do the cheap seats there. Did them once & I felt very dizzy & disoriented. I have a knee problem that make the lower rings very difficult too, so I looked only at the floor section & that was the best single I could get at the time.
There's a pair of tickets on Stub Hub two rows behind me that are listed @ 885.00 EACH.

So sad I have to miss this one. The casting is perfect. I am hoping that maybe this could spark a revival?!? I doubt it since there was the 2009 revival, but a guy can dream.
Going to have to bide my time and hope for more tickets to be available or StubHub tickets go down when the performance gets closer. Carnegie Hall does have tickets available, but it is for the show and after party at $1,000. Ummm...no can do even for charity. No matter how much I'd love to see Nathan Lane as Nathan Detroit, Patrick Wilson as Sky Masterson, Sierra Boggess as Sarah Brown, and Megan Mullally as Adelaide. Also hoping it is filmed. StubHub tickets start at $213 for the very back of the balcony. First decent seat in front row of Balcony is over $500. Ouch and ouch again.
Carnegie Hall just sent a tweet encouraging purchase of tickets to Guys and Dolls for Valentine's gifts. I scurried over to their website and only the $1000 charity tickets are available. Six weeks and counting. It might have to be those $200 seats from StubHub

I wonder if *because* of the 2009 revival, they'll be interested in bringing it back!

ATTENTION FANS: I will be played by James Barbour in the upcoming musical, "BroadwayWorld: The Musical."
I'm pretty sure my view is gonna suck way up in the balcony, but I'm excited nonetheless.
Current Avatar: Cynthia Erivo, bringing down the house in The Color Purple.
Any thoughts on whether this will be recorded? ... thinking this is my best bet since tickets are so expensive.
I also read that Patrick Wilson will be shooting a movie in Utah in April ... any rumors on whether he is really going to be in this or not?

His fansite says that the movie in Utah starts filming after this.
Since this concert is in early April, I assume that it's safe to say he will be in it, especially since he claims he's been looking forward to singing on stage again.
I'd love it if they recorded this in some way, shape, or form, although I am not holding my breath.

They did record South Pacific (2005) with Reba & Stokes for Great Performances/PBS & subsequently, CD & DVD releases, so there's still some hope. I don't recall when they announced it was going to be recorded, but I don't think that was even confirmed until very shortly before the concert.

There are tickets available via the Carnegie Hall website. Single tickets in first couple rows. Tickets together in the back of the Orchestra (Parquet). Way cheaper than StubHub.
