So much for those St. James rumors for now.

Where exactly? Are they gonna block off 45th or is there space somewhere for a 199-person tent? (Shubert Alley?) Details, details!

I never for a second believed they'd go 13 for weeks in the St. James. I don't care how much money the producers have. That was an absurd idea.

But this is wonderful news and a great location. Maybe in the theater district, it will finally find the audience it so richly deserves.

This is so exciting. So happy for them. I think the article said they're working on reducing prices, so hopefully the $125 price tag won't be an issue. As much as I do love this show, that is pretty steep. Keep in mind, though, that discounts and rush will eventually be available.

Next to the parking garage that's next to the Imperial?

Oh, that parking garage. A tent in a parking garage. Should have great acoustics?

I imagine it will be located in the same spot the Spiegelworld tent was between Frankie and Johnny's and the Imperial parking garage

The NYTimes confirms that is, in fact, the spot.

Will this be considered a Broadway transfer?

No. Why would it?

It will be considered an 8th Avenue transfer.

Thrilled with this news – happy it is continuing in any way possible and hope that it is able to continue in some way after this run, as well. Hoping this means the cast recording will be released shortly after this new run’s opening.

Interested to hear if most of the cast transfers to this new space, as well – definitely hoping they will.

While $125 is nothing to sneeze at, its price is on par with most Broadway musicals these days and, in my opinion, “Natasha” offers more than most Broadway shows currently running. For the quality of performances and the actual show itself, I am more than willing to shell out another $125 to see it again.

Excellent news -- this show deserves a long and healthy run!

It's certainly a Manhattan transfer.

^^^ would that it could have moved to Birdland just a few blocks uptown...

This is great news indeed! I love the idea of that space being used in such imaginative ways.

Words don't deserve that kind of malarkey. They're innocent, neutral, precise, standing for this, describing that, meaning the other, so if you look after them you can build bridges across incomprehension and chaos. But when they get their corners knocked off, they're no good anymore…I don't think writers are sacred, but words are. They deserve respect. If you get the right ones in the right order, you can nudge the world a little.

We walked by here on Sunday evening. One of the workers was very irate about the progress of the set up. Between the numerous cuss words were other words: "money" "time" and "impossible"

with the cheapest ticket being $125, I doubt this will be a success.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

If anyone is interested, BroadwayBox.com has a discount code, which I used to buy general admission tickets (I'm not sure what that is) for $59 each. There are fees, too, of course, but I figure it's a pretty good deal. Some evening shows are excluded. I'm excited to be seeing it this weekend! Dinner is not included with the ticket I purchased.
