Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome
Fremde, etranger, stranger
Gluklich zu sehen, je suis enchante,
Happy to see you, bleibe, reste, stay
Willkomen, bienvenue, welcome,
Im Cabaret, au Cabaret, to Cabaret

Mein Damen und Herren,Mesdames et Messieurs, Ladies and Gentlemen!
Guden Abend, bon soir, Wie geht's? Comment ca va?
Do you feel good? I bet you do!
Ich bin euer, je suis votre compere... I am your host.
Und sagen,
Willkomen, bienvenue, welcome,
Im Cabaret, au Cabaret, to Cabaret

Leave your troubles outside,
So- life is disappointing? Forget it!
We have no troubles here! Here life is beautiful...
The girls are beautiful... Even the orchestra, is beautiful.
You see, I told you the orchestra, is beautiful.

And now, presenting the Cabaret girls.
Rosie, Lulu, Frenchie, Texas, Fritzie... Und Helga.
Each and every one, a virgin.
Ooh, you don't believe me?
Well don't take my word for it, try Helga.

Outside it is winter, but in here, it it so hot!
Every night we have to battle with the girls to keep them from taking off all their clothes.
So, don't go away. Who knows, tonight, we may lose the battle!

Wir sagen, Willkommen bienvenue, welcome
Im Cabaret, au Cabaret to Cabaret!

We are here to serve you!
And now presenting the Kit Kat boys!
Here they are. Bobby! Victor!
Or is it Victor! Bobby... You know there's only one way to tell the difference... I'll show you later.
Hans, Herrman,
And finally, the toast of Mayfair Fraulein Sally Bowles!
Hello, darlings!
Bleibe, reste, stay!

Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome!
That's Victor.
Im Cabaret, au Cabaret
Willkommen, bienvenue, welcome,

It is all translated (in English anyway)...Is there a different language you wanted the verses translated into?
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco. Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!

I saw the original many times and talked to some of the cast, I never understood BielbeResteStay, till Joel Grey broke it down for me.
Genius lyrics.

It is already translated...he's singing to a mixed audience of German, French and English speakers. The first word/phrase is in German followed by French and finally in English.

Wilkommen=Bienvenue=Welcome
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco. Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!

Glucklich zu sehen=je suis enchante=happy to see you
Guten Abend=bon soir=good evening!
Wie geht's=comment ca va=do you feel good? (how's it going?)

He repeats every phrase three times, the last time in English.
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco. Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!

Just wanted to echo how brilliant the lyrics are. For anyone who has been on one of those guided tours of a tourist attraction in Europe where the guide is speaking in a continuous stream of alternating languages, Wilkommen brings back that sensation and immediately sets the locale.
"What was the name of that cheese that I like?" "you can't run away forever...but there's nothing wrong with getting a good head start" "well I hope and I pray, that maybe someday, you'll walk in the room with my heart"

They aren't literal translations, but they are what a host would say appropriately in each language.

For example "Je suis enchanté" literally means "I am delighted" (or "I am enchanted"), not "happy to see you," but he is using common expressions in each of the three languages to convey the same thing.

EDIT: Or as Olive would say in Bullets Over Broadway, "Charmed, charmed, charmed ..."
"Jaws is the Citizen Kane of movies."

There is only two cases that aren't in a set of 3.

"Wir sagen" in German. "We say"
"Und sagen" in German. "And say"

Or as Annie Oakley would say,

"Charmed, chanted, chanted, charmed."
