Anyone who wasn't at Cast Party last night truly missed out. Such a (long) fun evening full of so many highlights I can't even pick one. Lesli Margherita sang a truly inspired and truly hilarious rendition of "Making Love Alone" that made me even sadder she was passed over for the Tony nomination. Stephanie J. Block sang a beautiful "It Amazes Me", her 'Anything Goes' and 'Drood' co-star Robert Creighton did a wonderful "I Get a Kick Out of You", and a very drunk Norm Lewis stumbled to the stage after midnight to sing, to Jessie Mueller's delight, "On a Clear Day You Can See Forever". He did, though, pause before to Vanna White-style show off the Drood cd...and shake his ass. Really.

Biased and selfishly, my two highlights were Jessie Mueller's glorious rendition of "All of Me" and what I am about to link you to, which is Andy Karl, Betsy Wolfe, Jessie Mueller, and Robert Creighton's "coffee house style" remix of the Drood viral video hit "Bustle Fluffah". It features Andy Karl on the guitar, Robert Creighton on cowbell (well, a stick with a wine bottle), Betsy Wolfe on the shaker, and Jessie Mueller on an empty cardboard box. I leave you with the link to the YouTube video and prematurely say you're welcome. Cast Party Last Night (Give a Tony to DROOD, Drunk Norm Lewis, Lesli Margherita's Self-Love)

Few things are more amusing than inebriated theatre people. Very funny video.

So true. Norm Lewis was definitely...buzzed, to say the least.

It was a great night! We had to leave after Jessie Mueller's "All of Me". Sadly, we had to catch the bus home!

Did you stay to the end? Who did we miss? What did they sing?

Thanks for the YouTube video. Loved it.

Indeed... a great evening! Thank you for the video, not sure if I laughed harder during Bustle Fluffah or Lesli Margherita's version of Making Love Alone!

Great video, wish I could have been there.

Betsy Wolfe riffing on "Scoliosis" is brilliant. That woman can make anything funny.
