I am just wondering if an actor or actress would do a guided tour of L.A or New York for 500-1000 dollars for a day or half a day. And have lunch at something like Mellise or Spago in L.A or Jean Georges in New York. I would pay for that of course.

Possible? Anything is possible. Likely? Not hardly.
No good can possibly come from using this vast wasteland of error and deliberate deceit. You should get off of it and warn others away. You should make sure your children and grandchildren know what a corrupt and morally bankrupt institution it truly is.

And your suggested price would only tempt the d-listiest stars. "Real" celebrities like Real Housewives or Real World roommates make $10,000 to stop in at club parties or kids' birthdays. They aren't going to spend a day with you for a grand.

I have a feeling the OP is looking for someone who can give business insight... someone who might know where the shows rehearse, the process of getting from script to stage to screen, whatever. That's the impression I got...
