Posted: 11/15/12 at 7:14pmAnother victim of Hurricane Sandy. I thought the writing was so-so but the cast was hilarious. Mixed reviews, yes, but it didn't deserve such a quick closure. I'm guessing the producers ran out of money to keep the show afloat until word of mouth sunk in. Hopefully, someone will buy the film rights. I can picture Will Ferrell as Chuck Wood.

Posted: 11/15/12 at 7:34pmOUCH! Saw this in preview, pre Sandy. The reviews were fair. A talented cast and a so-so script. Certainly not everyone's cup of tea or sense of humor. But not to make it through Thanksgiving? Opening one day, announced closing the next. Top billing one day, next day you're touring in stock. Sorry it ended this soon.

Maybe they should've done a better job marketing this. The title is awful and the posters tell nothing about the show.
Still, this is pretty surprising and I feel terrible for the cast.
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.
