We've joined this board to be in better touch with the community of theatre fans and professionals. We've got some new, unusual posters available (Kinky Boots in Chicago, repros of The Visit in DC and The Grass Harp on Broadway - taken from original poster art that was never printed). We're continuing to uncover rare gems.

Our question is, if there was one poster you can't find that you would want, even if it was a repro, what would it be?

The original Broadway window card of "Carrie".

The LA tryout poster for Evita. I saw it at the Flea Market but wasn't able to spend $100 for it.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain. -Kad

LA Evita also (it's yellow and red -quite stunning. The black and silver wasn't used in the US until Broadway).

We haven't been able to track down a Rebecca card yet. We know a few were made for the production office (one was in the background in a NY Times photo of the producer) but we've had no luck getting a copy. Has anyone out there found one?

Hi Triton Gallery, could you tell us the difference between a repro. and an original? (And thank you for so many years of superior customer service!)

When a poster is no longer available and goes out of print we make a high-end digital copy, mounted on board. Most of the repro demand is for posters from the 50's and 60's but there are many fairly recent ones (over the past 20 years) that seem to have gone out of print almost immediately.

Triton's reproductions have always been fantastic but the new process they use makes the posters look even better than before. They're worth every single cent.

Do you have a repro of the original Candide at Martin Beck Theatre. I saw on your site you have the out of town poster but not the NY poster.

We have the She Loves Me tryout and Sweet Bird of Youth national tour. I'll have to check on the Broadway versions of Candide and Sweet Bird.

Welcome to the board guys! I was just thinking of you the other day when I was dusting the window cards and was marveling at what an awesome job you guys did on my Rex Windowcard!

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome. We have a Grey Gardens repro.
Has anyone out there ever come across a poster for Chaplin with Anthony Newley? I saw the show in LA and remember both the print ad and the theatres displays but I've never seen a window card for it.
