I'm doing a project for my production class and I need some photos of what the set/house looked like during the 1998 production of Cabaret at Studio 54. Googleing has proven difficult (though I'm still working at it). Does anyone happen to have any at the ready?

Thanks so much.

There are plenty of pictures in the "illustrated book and lyrics" book for the revival. I see it at nearly every Half-Price Books store for $7, or you can always get it online from Amazon used.

Here's a small photo...

Excellent. I saw that picture, but it's always hard to tell for sure what production something is from.

Thank you so much!

You really should get a picture of the Henry Miller's Theater set (I was lucky enough to see it there the very last day it was at that theater-re-named the Kit Kat Club for the show). I saw it subsequently at Studio 54, and while it was very cool there, I LOVED it at the smaller venue-and I saw the OBC (which was remarkable).

But, you should compare them-it is different.

So not true. I bought that book hoping they'd include lots of photos of Studio 54's set-up but only production photos are in the book aside from a single narrow/thin partial photo of the set-up at the back of the book. That one single thin photo -- not even a full page.

NOTE: the revival originated at the Henry Miller Theatre (renamed the Kit Kat Klub for the revival). The revival later transferred to Studio 54 which recreated in full the set-up designed for the Henry Miller Theatre.

Sorry, Brody. I don't have the book myself, I've only seen it at HPB; I've just skimmed through it a couple of times I've seen it.

Brody-the overall feel was VERY different and there were some differences (there were more catwalks and the space was used differently in the Kit Kat Club).
