I believe that the only one (so far) to pay back its investor's has been Death of a Salesman. Until the others do, they cannot (truly) be considered hits.
Do I think its LIKELY that most on your list WILL re-coup? Yes, with doubts lingering around Spider Man.
I'd also add to the list the possibility of Peter and the Starcatcher.

Lots of shows sell lots of tickets....at a certain point, but you can't say it is a hit until it actually makes a profit. Part of being a hit is sustainability.
For example: Legally Blonde had a huge following and had many weeks that it sold well -- but (to the best of my knowledge) it did not recoup and therefore, was a flop. It can't be a hit, if the producers lost their investment.

The next "HIT" will likely be Newsies which should recoup by the end of the month, followed by Evita, The Best Man, and Once (I have a feeling Once is going to turn into a Rock of Ages financially) all by the end of the Summer, and hopefully Peter and the Starcatcher will recoup before Christmas...
