I did do a search but I wanted to just hear what people had to say...has anyone gotten comps from Studentrush.org? It seems like a great way to see shows, but after all, there is a $5 fee, but seems pretty legit. How does it work? You reserve them and pick them up at the theatre?
Anyone know any other programs that work like this?

Yes, it is legitimate. You pick them up at the Times Square Mariott Starbucks. DONT go to the theater and ask about the tickets from Student Rush and as someone said don't go telling people about the tickets (SR.org is independent and not affiliated with any theaters. They have had issues in the past with people asking about the $5 tickets and theaters getting PO'd with the website.) Updated On: 6/4/12 at 03:58 PM

I have used it as well! Some friends and I saw Leap of Faith twice. The guy passing out the tickets was very helpful and he even waited an extra few minutes for us when we got caught in traffic and had to text him that we were running late.

Also just got a ticket for Potter Potter next week.

I thought we're supposed to be super discreet about the specific shows we see through this website. We don't want privileges taken away or shows to revoke their offers.
