A Broadway Weekend At Home

Image Entertainment's new release is 'Direct From Broadway. Triple Feature'.
Its a DVD repackage including the previously-issued 'Jekyll And Hyde' with the replacement David Hasselhoff, the Sondheim revue 'Putting It Together' with Carol Burnett and 'Smokey Joe's Cafe', a celebration of songwriters Lieber and Soller's work.

I loved 'Putting it together' the DVD is worth it for the outtakes where Burnett loses her skirt!

That outtake isn't on all DVD's for some reason?

For those who don't know it.... (shame about the embarressing John Barrowman, what an attention grabbing twat!)

I saw PIT on Broadway back in 1999 - and I thought John Barrowman was brilliant in it actually! But for me Ruthie Henshall stole the show.
