Has anyone been at the show this week? Have any understudies gone or (or does anyone know if anyone is scheduled to be out this week)? I know that Sherie was out last Sunday. Thank you in advance! :)

There was an understudy for Malik at today's matinee.

And at tonight's show as well. Other than that the full cast was in. I have a feeling everyone will be in from here till Sunday since they're closing.

I saw the show tuesday evening and Vivian Nixon was on for de'Adre Aziza (Paulina), John Carroll was on for Luis Salgado (Malik) and Samantha Shafer for Nina Lafarga.

Wow, Nina Lafarga has missed the majority of the run.

Apparently she injured herself pretty early on and hasn't been able to perform. Hopefully she'll be able to perform Sunday, I loved her when I saw the show in November and missed her when I saw it again earlier this month.

Did anyone get to see Rachel Bay Jones when Patti was out? If so how was she?

Jones was pretty bland. I really wanted to see Alma Cuervo, but they kept putting Jones on during Patti's scheduled absences. Jones was just OK.

That's kinda sad to hear. I was thinking she would have been brilliant or just ok. To bad it was the later.

It seemed to me her comic chops would have been great but I was also thinking she was to young.
