Posted: 3/18/10 at 11:10amCan anyone tell me whether American Idiot the Musical is OK for a 13-year old? My boys (16 and 13) really want to see this when we are in New York next month but I can't find out much about the content of the play. They have both seen Green Day in concert and I know there is some foul language (actually plenty of it) on the CD. I'm wondering about sex, nudity, and drugs in the show. (And yes, they already know about all those things, but that doesn't mean I want to pay a lot of money to watch it with them right in front of us.) Has anyone seen the show yet and can give me specifics? Thanks.

Ive only seen a naughty DVD of it from its out of town try out.
It dont have any nudity but does have a lot of swearing and refrences to drugs, as well as showing some drug taking during a scene
