When you call HSBC Customer Service, you get India. All in the name of saving money by taking away jobs from this country.

We have one of the regional banks mentioned in the article. US Bank. I will never bank there again.

I have a credit card with Capital One...but I use Navy Federal for banking. I love my credit union!

Years ago, I called to have a change of address for my HSBC statements (it was pre-online banking, I had moved out of state and there were no local branches). I called twice. Both times, someone told me it was confirmed and I should receive the next one in 8-10 business days. Three months later, I finally got something- a late payment notice on my credit card. I never received the bill. That was the final straw.

Bank of America may be the devil, but I love them all the same. Their online banking is the greatest thing ever. It's made my life so much easier.

Don't get me started on HSBC. Recently their customer service lied to me. Of course since the customer is always wrong, there's not much I can do about it.
