It's not a "new" tour. It's the same production that played La Jolla, Chicago, and Tokyo. Same tour, it's just been on hiatus. There will be some casting changes, though.

Seeing as it's re-starting in a short couple weeks now, does anyone know what the casting changes were? I know Joanna Glushak is with Young Frankenstein now...
I know that Max von Essen is staying for the tour. I asked him on Twitter if he was staying, and he replied with "YOU BET!!!".
I'm so excited for the tour. I already have my onstage seats for 12/26.

^ I think so. It's part of the set, and pretty much a part of the show, so I can't imagine anywhere would not have it. CLEVELAND SPRING BREAK '10!!! Can't wait!

We will be road tripping from Chicago to Cleveland. We LOVED (and saw the show) so many times that we felt a road trip was more than in order. Too bad it isn't stopping in say Milwaukee. But, the drive will be more than worth it.

BTW, the Playbill dates are wrong for Costa Mesa. It plays 12/15-27 with no previews.

Your fupa is showing.
I'll definitely be going to Cleveland to see this again, if for no other reason than to see Annie Golden. Love her.

Annie Golden!! I'd love to see her in the show!
"If it walks like a Parks, if it wobbles like a Parks, then it's definitely fat and nobody loves it." --MA
I saw her as Calliope, she was fantastic. Completely different than Jackie, obviously, but very good.

Im confused. Where is this new cast list posted? On the Xanadu official website, it is still the old tour cast...?
The principals are the same as they were in Chicago, but most of the supporting cast is different. Did all those changes happen before the tour went on hiatus?
I'm so exciting that "Xanadu" is making a stop here in the Lone Star State. Dallas is only 195 miles away from Austin. from RC in Austin, Texas B.T.W. Will all tour venues have stage seating?
"Noel [Coward] and I were in Paris once. Adjoining rooms, of course. One night, I felt mischievous, so I knocked on Noel's door, and he asked, 'Who is it?' I lowered my voice and said 'Hotel detective. Have you got a gentleman in your room?' He answered, 'Just a minute, I'll ask him.'" (Beatrice Lillie)
The tour does have stage seating. I will be sitting on stage next friday!!
"I never had theatre producers run after me. Some people want to make more Broadway shows out of movies. But Elliot and I aren't going to do Batman: The Musical." - Julie Taymor 1999
