LOVE the desktop image and hope it will be the poster (with the smoke!)
Nothing much yet... but soon...
And it's OFFICIALLY PG-13... I wonder if "Only With You" may have gotten a tad risque and that's one of the reasons why it was cut from the latest cut of the film?
I hadn't seen the trailer up until now. And I don't know much about the musical. The trailer is AWESOME. The whole movie looks very lavish and interesting.
best12bars, sorry. It's time for a new laptop. My Sony Viao opened the site and started to play "Be Italian" BEFORE the countdown finished and ran the video full screen (however, the trailer is at 1280p and one or two scenes froze for a second).
Wow, this film looks like it'll be fun - maybe not the general public's idea of fun but for the Friends of Dorothy Fields, great fun.
Nope. That is NOT the Trevi Fountain which is where the famous scene from Fellini's LA DOLCE VITA takes place. The Trevi Fountain is 100 times bigger than that little fountain with Nicole in NINE.
Where's that still of "Unusual Way" from? I can only see the stills of the individual characters with the little quotes next to each (love the Carla quote). Am I missing something? Sorry perhaps the movie will be a fiasco, but at least we can be sure that it'll be one of the most visually stunning movies of the year.
"Some people can thrive and bloom living life in a living room, that's perfect for some people of one hundred and five. But I at least gotta try, when I think of all the sights that I gotta see, all the places I gotta play, all the things that I gotta be at"
Oh no, the movie won't be a fiasco. Far to many people have seen it and commented favorably on it. That doesn't necessarily mean it will translate into boffo box office or Oscar gold, but the film certainly isn't going to be another RENT or PHANTOM.
MB, that's such a relief to hear. I've yet to see previews for a film this year that looks as stunning and interesting as NINE.

Well, they eliminated a few characters, like the Lady of the Spa and all that, and so much other material, and Stephanie IS a character in the show with a rather significant role, so if it improves the story as it is in the film then it is for the better, no?
