There were a lot of people there, most could care less about it being anyone's last day.
However, some of the cast from Addams Family went to see it.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

I was there. Minus the fact that the girl behind me got really drunk and threw up in her seat and all over the floor, it was a good night and great show. Jeremy Jordan was on for Constantine (which I was very happy about) and I thought he was wonderful. You could barely hear over all the cheering every time Wesley came out on stage though. He got like a 5 minute standing O after "Hit Me With Your Best Shot".

Thankfully, it was during intermission, and I was a few rows up talking to a friend who was also there. If I had actually seen/heard it happened, it would have totally grossed me out. But I got to see the lovely after effects. She left and the poor theater workers came and cleaned up. But yes. Gross and probably not the first time.

Did she inform someone that her vomit was there? I was at Disney World once, and some lady's kid threw up, and she just put a napkin on top of it and walked away.

That made me laugh so hard! I guess there is no need to have beer involved to have this type of outcomes. LOL!!!
"People have their opinions and that doesn't mean that their opinions are wrong or right. I just take it with a grain of salt because opinions are like as*holes, everyone has one".

When I saw the show in July two drunk girls kept throwing drinks at people from the box seats.
I'm a professional. Whenever something goes wrong on stage, I know how to handle it so no one ever remembers. I flash my %#$&.
"Jayne just sat there while Gina flailed around the stage like an idiot."
Ick. Just knowing someone has vomited makes me feel queasy. But this is not unique to something like Rock of Ages. I've seen it happen in practically every theatre I've worked in. You don't have to serve drinks during a show or even in the theatre at all to attract people who may have knocked back a few too many.
"What can you expect from a bunch of seitan worshippers?" - Reginald Tresilian
Exactly. In my old theater, one night when I was checking for lost items, I came across a large pool of vomit at one of the seats. The weird thing is, no one had left the house during the show. The person had puked, and stayed for the rest of the show.
People do get cut off. Sooner than they would be in a bar or restaurant. The problem (and thing to remember) is that people come in drunk from dinner many times. So that makes it hard to know how much they've had/how many more they can be served. Normally 3 rounds of drinks is the serving limit - but not knowing they had 3 rounds before getting to the theatre can cause some unwanted craziness.
