Just wanted to know if what iv heard is true, trent's leaving billy elliot??

Its just that was watching a video on you tube of trent in the show and there were comments saying cause his voice is starting to break, the producers are going to replace him with trevor braun who played flounder in the little mermaid

Trevor Braun is playing Michael. I've also been told by a cast member that Trent will most likely be the last original Billy to leave the show.

Guys please try to get your facts straight before you post things without getting the entire truth...

As a friend of Trevor & his family, I can 100% tell you...
Trevor is indeed joining Billy Elliot... as MICHAEL, NOT BILLY like many are saying. He is most likely to be starting the week of August 18th.
*This is REAL info that can be passed on...anything else you may see is strictly a rumor.

^ A month ago sounds good. I took my kids early July and Frank was already out of the program.


If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.

Though I do realize this statement regarding Trevor has been pretty much established as fact, I still want to wait for a more official source.

I'm not a special person, I just happened to know the Braun family. His sister asked me to clear up anything about Trevor in BE that was said. I'm just trying to give you guys facts. I'm trying to let the truth be known. This is the most official source you can get at the moment without a press release.

I'm not sure who Trevor Braun will be playing, but I do know he is definitely joining the cast sometime in August. I saw and heard him introduce himself to Greg Jbara at Broadway Barks two weeks ago and mention he was joining the show.

from trent's blog he wrote he is planning on another few months unless growth/voice he can not. wasn't this thread about trent and not trevor braun. trevor's tap must be top notch when he is on, i will be spoiled with david b.

Ah, don't worry it will be :) He tapped a good part of the "Expressing Yourself" dance for me this past week and is doing amazing. He did not know how to tap until getting this show:)

& let's get back to Trent :)

My question is, why hasn't David A been on for Billy in a while? According to the BETMUS twitter page, he hasn't been on since the 16th.

I think Trent had a vacation at the beginning of July. Possibly it's David's vacation turn now, with Kiril getting a break when David returns. Just a guess.
