They were selling Finding Neverland window cards signed by the cast for $5. This is all day, if anyone is interested.

Waiting a bit to go back to see what is left and worth it.

Just curious what other items from Finding Neverland were being sold?

Does anybody know what the tables do with the stuff not sold? Or do they typically try to sell everything. I think it would be pretty cool if they took the remaining items and sold them online this way everyone has the opportunity to participate in the flea market.

Marianne2: Do you recall which table sold the ''Neverland'' window cards? And where? Thanks!

Meantime, here's a link to Linda Lenzi's wonderful photos from the Celebrity Autograph Table:

The Finding Neverland window cards were at the table of various closed shows.

NJ_BroadwayGirl said: "Shuffle Along basically just had show props. No playbills, posters, or signed items. But the props were cool and reasonably priced a couple of signs, a ton of sheet music, prop magazines, and a few big prop records (like 16" across) that were $20. I grabbed one at the start of the day."

Thanks. I got there later and was worried that I missed a lot of merchandise. There was still sheet music and some bigger items I just don't have the space for.

I only have last year to compare it to but I think I'm happier with my finds this year. I went later and got more discounted practical stuff (mugs, shirts, mirrors, etc.) rather than stuff from shows I particularly love. But I did find some Playbills I'm happy with. It's just too exhausting to dig through table after table. I'm glad I started at the Golden and worked my way around because I think the better items and deals were found on that side.

if anyone picked up one of those Finding Neverland signed window cards and has an extra, I'd love to buy it from you.

Same for Les Miserables if they had the one that they were signing in this photo

This was a hard year to judge. The pickings were indeed slim but I managed to find a few interesting things and also got some random pics with people i never would have imagined to be there. The setup was atrocious and made browsing 10x more difficult which is what really bothered me and most everyone else I spoke to today.

Yeah, I found a lot of cool stuff, but it was frustrating trying to navigate the tables.  I was apologizing so much to people for running into them or accidentally brushing up against them.

Here Lies Love Club Millennium hat: $5
American Psycho opening night glass set: $20

Win glad you got Jennifer!! That was so awesome that she was out there for about 3 hours doing that today. I ran home to get my Dreamgirls windowcard and brought it back for her to sign. That kind of just made my entire day.

I'm confused- this is the third year of done this, I know the set up this year was different due to construction in Times Square, however, someone tell me how putting the tables in the street instead of on the sidewalk impeded their experience, it's literally in the street as opposed to against the theatres, not getting the disgust! I thought they did a nice job with the event, kudos Broadway Cares!

I got all posters this year. I didn't see anything else that I had to have. I just moved into a new apartment, so I was excited to find 7 posters all at great prices to decorate with! I got posters for...

On the Town

Bullets Over Broadway

Rocky

Jekyll & Hyde

Doctor Zhivago

An American in Paris (signed by the whole cast)

Cabaret (signed by the whole cast)

because usually the whole street is blocked off and they have tables on both sides of the street thus spreading things out

It was the first year I've gone, and I had fun; I wasn't there to buy anything but just to see what it was like. At first when I arrived and saw the masses of people, I was like, "Oh, I forgot how much I hate flea markets," but it turned out to be okay. Went late on purpose and I think a handful of tables packed up before I got there around 4pm. And a handful of tables started packing up at 4:30. 90% of the tables were gone by 6:15pm. By the end they were selling things for $1, or $1 for multiples, or giving away for free / suggested donation, since a lot of it was going into the trash. I particularly enjoyed watching the live auctions, so exciting! So. Much. Money.

The biggest change I noticed was that they only blocked off one lane of traffic this year, while they usually block off the whole street. Crowding all of those people into one lane made it so difficult to approach the tables to even see what was being sold, let alone browse through… My first walk through at 11:00 this morning was quite disappointing; when I came back at 3:30, though, I ended up doing a lot better and getting a lot of merchandise at really cheap prices.  I'll post later what I found!

My 21st straight year and the WORST ever for crowds - every table was 5 deep - maybe I am just getting too old or remembering the good old days when it was a half dozen tables and only a dozen people shopping !

Another great year at the Broadway Flea, full of amazing finds! It took a bit of digging, but I scored some real treasures.

Jennifer Holliday stopping by was such a treat. My BF biked my OBC Dreamgirls windowcard all the way in from Queens. He got a good workout and I got that baby signed. Got a great pic with her too! :)

My haul this year:

-Paul Newman signed 'Our Town' Playbill

-Very rare 'Hamilton' OBC opening night windowcard with full credits

-Marian Seldes' bound rehearsal script for Albee's 'Three Tall Women,'
highlighted and with her notes and annotations

-Also bought a lovely pencil portrait of Marian that the table volunteers said she kept hanging in her kitchen

-The Visit souvenir program signed by Terrence McNally and John Kander

-Signed copy of Barbara Cook's new 'Then and Now' memoir ($2!!)

-'Kinky Boots' Price & Son prop shoebox

Windowcards are what I really come for and I hauled in quite a bounty:

-The Last Ship- signed by Sting and OBC
-Hello, Again- LCT
-Hands on a Hardbody- OBC
-Cabaret- 1998, Roundabout (full credits)
-Shrek- OBC (green poster)
-The Life- OBC
-Once On This Island- OBC (full credits)
-Fun Home- Public Theatre (!!!)
-Rocky- Opening night OBC, signed by Flaherty and Ahrens
-Best Little Whorehouse Goes Public- OBC, signed by Dee Hoty
-Threepenny Opera- Sting revival
-Nice Work If You Can Get It- OBC (full credits)
-Vanya + Sonya + Masha + Spike- OBC
-Seven Guitars- OBC
-Sweet Smell of Success- OBC
-Robber Bridegroom- 2016
-She Loves Me- 2016
-The Humans- Roundabout

Playbills:

-Hedwig- signed by JCM, Lena Hall, and cast
-Eclipsed- Public, full cast signed
-First Daughter Suite- Public, full cast signed
-Bye, Bye Birdie- OBC
-How to Succeed- OBC
-Baker Street- OBC
-Rocky- souvenir program

All in all, spent just a little over $300, and ended up depositing some money back in the bank. I don't ever before recall walking away with cash to spare. Pro-level haggling. Not too shabby.

Looking forward to hearing what else you all managed to find!

I got there around 4 and stayed Til about 5:30. The neverland cards were outside the booth but by the time I got there I was told they were $40 for the ones signed by the 5 leads and $60 for the full cast and they wouldn't be going lower on them for the day. The table at the end gave everything away for free towards the end. I got a bunch of programs including anything goes and color purple,  window cards from she loves me and Doctor Zviago, Gypsy key rings, by Jeeves and Jesus Christ superstar CDs. I didn't find anything amazing and sad they sold the Hamilton posters so cheap and I wasn't there. I would have gone earlier but I figured they would have been more than last year but guess not and would have loved a finding neverland window card for $5. I usually spend the whole day there. Why didn't they close either road off? It was awkward how it was squashed to one side of each street.

This was my first experience at the flea market and what can I say .......mission accomplished!!

Being obsessed with the show Hamilton having seen it back in January with the original cast my main goal was to find an off-Broadway window card.

I therefore headed to the Public theatre  table and could not believe they had  mint untouched copies straight out of the original carton  from the production run from the public! These were not reprints I was assured by the vendor and that these were the last batch left from the original print run.

My dilemma was how many copies to buy and how to start the negotiation process. I bought five copies and was able to get each one at $30 apiece!! One is being beautifully framed as we speak...

Then Andrew and Javier showed up at the Hamilton table and was so gracious with all the fans even signing a  T-shirt on a small child.I then noticed they put out small gold coins with Richard Rogers August 2015 on one side and a beautiful profile of Lin on the other side. Never heard of or seen these before and I was told they were offered to the cast on opening night. Simply gorgeous with a protective plastic sleeve. Bought 3 of them  for a reasonable price.Has anyone seen these??I've heard of shot glasses and round pins as promo items  but never these coins.

Other items I picked up dear Evan Hansen notepads  5 bucks end day ...Rocky poster and cd for a buck!finding Neverland autograph playbills and posters supercheap!waitress and beautiful window cards  and playbills at reasonable prices signed by Jessie!

tons of colour purple merchandise including Jennifer Hudson signed playbills and window cards.

Tons of beautiful and waitress memirabilia signed by Jessie that became quite reasonable at end of day! But yes the crowds were very hectic for most of the day....

My haul this year :

Flea market tee- I couldn't help myself because they were so pink and shiny.

Gigi tee that they had to stop selling on opening night because it ran the risk of copyright infringement from Chanel.

Cds: Violet-Roundabout production

The King and I- Lincoln Center revival

Les Mis Obcr

Starlight Express Obcr

Fun Home Public Theatre window card

Squigs art that was an opening night gift from Disaster

A bunch of cups

A magnet made and signed by Zell Steele Morrow

Some playbills with my best one being from the original run of Sweeney Todd with Angela Lansbury and Len Cariou. It was from opening month too.

I saw a girl crying hysterically because she found a playbill from GYPSY with Patti and another girl lose her sh*t when she got a playbill from the 2005 SWEENEY revival. I don't understand these reactions for things that can easily be obtained for a dollar on eBay any day of the year.
