I can't wait for this tomorrow. I just got the Zoom info and it says to log in 30 minutes early - does anything really happen during that preshow time?

No. That's probably just so you have time to make sure everything is working properly rather than logging in on the dot have not being able to troubleshoot.

Following Brantleys rave review for this, expect a BAM run to be sidelined and expect it on broadway next year instead.

Hey Jordan, this is probably stupid to ask but I was wondering is the performance time EST or London time?

London time. So if the website lists the show being at 8p
, it’s at 3pm in NY.

What a great production! The play itself isn't really anything special, but those actors are both incredible, especially Foy. I loved the way it was filmed--in split screen with one camera on each actor the whole time. It allowed you the freedom you get in live theatre to look at whoever you wanted to in any given moment, rather than following someone else's cuts. Watching them react and listen to each other the whole time captured something about the theatre that's been missing from so many of these live captures we've been getting. It was really nice to see something different from the endless zoom readings we've been getting. And, my god, Claire Foy.
