Could work but not happening.

As Tarzan? Isn't 44 a little old the character?

I could see him as Clayton actually, the big game hunter.

Sure, some of them having a successful career. But does that mean, during their career they have not, or never met a situation where their sexulity play an important role for them to lose or have an disadvantage in getting a job? If you ask 10 gay actors, all of the will say yes. Do some reserch about their life and maybe spend time reading some stories that they occur and you will know that sometime it's getting out of their hands. The situation might be a lot better if this issue is not involve. I cant believe there s someone out there dull enough to not realize there is actually this issue going onin the society, wow."

Am I totally naive?  I think one's sexuality has been a non-issue on Broadway for decades.  I would agree that it definitely remains an issue in the movies, not sure re TV.

I think Cheyenne is charming in Call Me Kat. His relaxed approach suits him. I think he has been working with an acting coach;  just a feeling I have. Maturity suits him as well.

He's fun and cute on Call Me Kat, and they have him sing a little in recent episodes, including tonight when he sang George Michael over the ending credits. What a voice on him still.

Hopefully they will let him sing more. I suspect they will given there is a piano in the bar. It would be a shame not to take advantage of his voice. I still think of him in Most Happy Fella at City Center.

They'd better do it fast. The reviews were not good, to say the least. I don't foresee a second season order coming their way.

The reviews would have nothing to do with the casting. Unfortunately it is the script.  Call Your Mother suffers from the same thing. The Mayor probably works the best of the three. All three comedies rely on experienced actors to tug the boat. I am interested to see the Don Johnson comedy next month. In this time of covid my expectations have been lowered and there is so little to watch unless you are streaming. That being said....Cheyenne comes off well and is not trying too hard.

You know...why HASN'T there been a "Camelot" revival (and yes, Cheyenne would be great).  I think I've heard the show has a problematic book, but I think it's pretty damned good (I even love the Morgan Le Fay/Mordred stuff). Lincoln Center? Bartlett Sher..?

Lincoln Center Theatre did a reading of it recently for a fund raiser with Lin Manuel Miranda and Bart directed it. Queerty ran an Instagram photo of Cheyenne this week where he seemed to have lost some weight which was impressive given that most of us have gained it during Covid.

He should replace Armie Hammer in The Minutes

I’m glad he is being open about the hair thing and his recovery. He’s a very talented vocalist and charismatic performer. Sadly, he was pigeon holed as some vapid stud and the gay media didn’t help him any. It’s a lot of pressure. After Xanadu I felt he was pretty lost. I feel he should be a bigger star. He’s a great comedian and his voice is glorious. The dismal porn comedy on Broadway and the leaked video did him no favors. I hope he gets some new opportunities.
