I think Sweet Concessions usually has a few different cups available. There was 1 last year that had so many, but I don't remember what it was.

I agree that the autograph/photobooth lineups aren't the best. However, I would never turn my nose up at anyone willing to donate their time to appear. The last time I went a few years ago, I got Harvey Feirstein, Anthony Rapp, Karen Olivo, Laura Osnes, Bernadette Peters, Debra Monk, and other I can't think of this moment in 1 session. It does really depend on who you find important though.

I'm kind of hoping to find some Anastasia merchandise.

I'm getting super excited for this weekend!!

Just wondering with the pik-a-tkt - what has been the "best" show you have won, or have seen someone win? And how common is it to win? I had no luck last year, but I wasn't expecting to since I only bought 6 tickets

Great to hear from all you Broadway collectors out there. So far the popular request are from Hadestown Oklahoma and Moulin Rouge. Leaving for New York tomorrow and feel free to message me with any requests. I’ll be happy to look out for collectibles for all of you !

Although there some great "current stars", in years past there have been lots of better known stars, Sutton Foster, Andrew Rannells, Judith Light, Patti Lupone, Jonathan Groff, Debra Monk, Patrick Wilson, Harvey Firestein, David Hyde Pierce, Andrea McCardleetc. I wish there was a "premium" table, where they brought in a big Broadway name and you could just see them and pay premium price.

Shout out to big stars like Bebe Neuwirth and Tyne Daly who support this even year after year!

"

Tyne is a hoot and she drives a hard bargain. She tried to fit me for her show coat from “It Shoulda Been You” (which was clearly too small for my large frame), and was basically feeling me up to see how it fit. I remember my friends standing off to the corner looking really confused and when I finished up at her table, I told my friends “I think I was just frisked by Tyne Daly”. I later went back and had her sign and personalize a GYPSY playbill. I also was kicking myself later because I realized one of the pieces of costume jewelry she was selling (which my cash-strapped self couldn’t afford) turned out to be the long pearl necklace she wore in the finale of GYPSY

Won Mary Poppins, American Idiot, as well as preview tickets for Brighton Beach Memoirs. Also got tickets for some magic show or the bubble show, but forgot to ever use them.

Many years I win nothing, though.

Has anybody won anything from the "Live auction". Seems like everything goes for a great amount of money.

I’m looking for anything and everything related to Angels in America (the 2018 revival). I’m eager to get to The Public’s table in hopes that they’ll have the signs from the Delacorte Theater like they have the past two years in a row (they go pretty fast).

Kushemski and Vanda are like Tristan and Isolde, they're Paolo and Francesca. Nobody's in total thrall like this anymore. Nobody's overcome by passion like this, or goes through this kind of rage." Good call on AiA! I regret not grabbing the "F*** You I'm a Prophet!" mug when I was there.

I ended up with a business trip to NYC Mon-Tues so I'm flying down from Boston first thing tomorrow morning.  Looking forward to my second visit to the flea after a three or four year hiatus.  Also finally seeing Cursed Child tomorrow, so I'll have time to shop beforehand and then have a little time in between if there was anything I saw in the morning that I'd be interested in but at a lower price if it lasts long enough.

Hoping the closed show table has some of the key chains made from the King Kong support cables.  Didn't take advantage when they were offered as part of the BCEFA collection going on when I saw the show.  Really a lot of what I'll be looking for will be closed show stuff; American Psycho, Groundhog Day, AiA...but let's be realistic, I'm sure there will be plenty that might speak to me beyond that :)

Just wanted to repost this to see if anyone might possibly help me out. Biggest want is definitely a cast signed poster from The Prom.

Also hoping to grab some AIA merchandise tomorrow, too. I've been looking for one of those mugs since I went to the closing performance and I finally found one on eBay just last week.

I'm planning to get there around 11-11:30 (coming from out of state). Think that should be fine for finding Waitress/Moulin Rouge/Yiddish Fiddler stuff, or am I better off trying to get there right at 10am?

Since all of those shows have tables, there will definitely be merchandise at them . Just can't guarantee what will be there.

The last time I was there right before 10:00, they didn't allow people on the streets until 10:00. I was on 8th and people were lined up there.

I am thinking of going in later in the day.

Curious to know what’s at the Moulin Rouge table and prices if someone doesn’t mind taking note. Thanks!

At one table (the Association of Theatrical Press Agents and Managers) I found a Band’s Visit tin with four coasters inside. Does anyone here know what its story might be— was it show merchandise at some point?

If anyone is interested in a Tony Voter kit from The Prom (a ton of signed stuff) I’m selling it for what I paid $70. More details via PM

My first time going and the appeal escapes me unless you are a masochist. I’ll never go back. Hot, crowded and smelly. I glad I was there right at 10 and got in and out. Tons of absolute garbage and people clamoring for it like rats at a feed bar. The Curtain Call table had about 150 of it at 10am and when they opened those people bum rushed the table and almost knocked it over. Savages.

I did manage to get a few things before it got insane.
Glenn Close Sunset button $1
Angels In America new CD audiobook $2 (I think the lady gave me the wrong price)
Betty Buckley first solo album on vinyl (mint) $5
Shroud of Hedwig $5
Valerie Cherish promo mug $20 (marked $40-I haggled)
Come From Away CD signed by Chris Ashley $5
Sunset Blvd libretto $1

Saw tons of crap. Very little things of value. Some theatre fans are among the most terrifying people I’ll ever meet. Some are just rude, obsessed, shrill and tragic.

I got out early. I’d never go back.

I just left. Probably will go back later. It was a mixed bag for me. I opted not to search for playbills or huge posters. Some tables were easy to navigate. Others, not so much. I also sweat really badly, so it was miserable for me at the 8th ave end of 44th for me. I'm glad I missed the pik a ticket booth again.

My best items so far are a cast signed On the 20th Century revival playbill and an opening night Shuffle Along plaque thingy.

The Moulin Rouge table was quite disappointing...very sparse and extremely limited merchandise. I saw some regular unsigned Playbills, some Pride Week t-shirts, and a few signed papers and photos. That was it. Surprised they didn't try to do more.

Speaking of failed efforts, anybody find it bizarre that Harry Potter has never had a table at the Flea Market? It's disappointing they haven't found a way to participate.

I hope the table that was trying to sell Avenue Q 15th anniversary key rings for an obscene amount of money lower the price on their merchandise. I didn't buy stuff because they wanted $40 for concession stand cups that others had for like $5-$10. It was from closed shows, but nothing really that struck me as being worth that much. The key rings were like $10-$25, if I remember right.
