Clicked my link for the virtual waiting room at 10:30 exactly... when the queue began at 11am, I started at 15,400 in line, have whittled it down to 6,512 as of 1:30pm.  Not sure what, if anything, would even be left in my price range (also looking for lower-end, have been seeing too many shows lately so my theater budget is negligible at this point.)

I need to leave work in an hour, so I'll have to leave my wifi access, and will most likely lose my place in line(???)  It sounds like if I click my link again once I get home, it will start over. I didn't purchase Hamilton tix from SHN this last go-round, but from what I understood of their virtual queuing system, you entered your email address and were then notified when your turn was up.  Not sure why this system is configured in such a way to force you to leave the tab open the entire time.

(side note: I have stalked these boards for years, and somehow felt the need to finally register today to post this potentially useless information.  I have taken more than I have given you all, for sure frown)

I'm currently 2412 in the queue.  It's a good thing I am just doing this for fun.  I think I should just fly the family to NY instead laugh.

My family got online when it opened, had our tickets by 12:30 - late January of 2020. Were limited to Sundays but besides that had some flexibility as we're local.

Got in waiting room at 10:30AM was just under 10K when the queue loaded at 11AM. Was unsure how long the queue would take when I went to lunch, tried to click the link from my phone to see if it took me to the same spot (around 8K by then), it didn't. Put me in queue on my phone just under 17K. The one on my computer was still moving so I left that one and went to lunch. Got back from lunch and was at 2K and the spot on my computer was not moving. Finally started moving about 40 min later. Got in to buy tickets at 1:40PM. Tried to look at a few price points/dates and every time you released tickets you got a white spinning screen. Based on tweets of people waiting for 30+ min on that screen then getting booted, I decided to try to refresh. The first 3x it took me back to the "It is Your Turn" screen and let me back in, I had decided I was going to try to get the first set of tix it offered me back (or at least that day/price) and I tried the same refresh trick while on the white screen - this time it told me that they were having trouble with my request and putting me back in the queue. At that time I had over 20K in front of me. My phone on the other hand was down to 8K, so decided to wait for that (leaving the one on my computer open just in case). Finally just before 4pm I got back in (on phone this time). When it first went in I didn't get to make any selections, just spinning white - waited 3 min and then tried to refresh, and it let me in. First date I tried to get tix for said 'Limited Availability' but when I searched I got the 'Availability has changed' message and that I would need to select a new date - again white spinning screen of nothingness. Refreshed again, was able to pick a new date, and just took what the offered me. Way to buggy to try to browse, I think you have to be committed to just taking whatever you can find on the first date you search.

I saw this in NYC on the far side of row K in the orchestra which were fantastic seats. These tickets were $150 less (total for two for both shows) but I am far side mezzanine row G - these feel worse but hopefully it is still a good view. I wasn't willing to go to premium pricing since I have already seen the show. I really wish Curran had published the seating chart with price breaks displayed, because I had indicated I would take price level A or B, but maybe I would have held out for a different date with A or gone to C if I knew where breaks were...

I'm in, but it just keeps spinning.  Then it popped up a message and said, sorry, your device is offline.  I'm on my computer with Internet, so obviously that is not true.  I would be super frustrated if I actually wanted to buy tickets today.

Okay, just got into the site and I am looking for a Sunday in May, Price A tickets and it gave me Orchestra F 9, 11.  Side orchestra, $169 per part.  Not bad.  $676 for two, plus $5 order fee and $43 service fee = $724 for two seats.  No center aisle at this venue.  Interesting.  I don't think I will buy for this price point, but it's not bad considering I was in the queue for 4 hours.  They still have good seats at a slightly better price than what Broadway seats were selling for on access code days.

Many of you probably got this -

Thank you for purchasing Harry Potter and the Cursed Child tickets in our presale this week.  We know that some of you experienced delays and issues with the ticketing process, and we would like to apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience and dedication.  We can’t wait to welcome you to our West Coast home in San Francisco. See you at the Curran!

Delays and issues - yeah, we did!   I appreciate they acknowledged it but it took over 3 hours of time and I was lucky enough to get into the ticketing section about 30 minutes past opening.   I hope they fix that before tickets go on sale to the public.  Thank you.

I didn't login to get my tickets until they had been on sale for almost 4 hours.

Wed Marathon in February ROW M on the aisle for $169 each play is a steal IMHO.
