Love the show (one of my all time favorites; the other is "Carousel"
Am currently attempting to enter the world of theatrical blogging and photography. After much deliberation and the admiration of the ladies of the theatre, I wish to perhaps capture this beautiful creations and preserve them for posterity!

Other than "this Fall", I don't know, but I'm 'shivering with antici... pation', too! I check in on Ghostlight's website periodically for news. You can find their link in the OP.
And ENCORES! did such a great job with Lerner & Loewe's PAINT YOUR WAGON, it has become one of my favorite scores. Can't wait for this BRIGADOON (even though I already have four other recordings).

John Adams, I believe it is coming out Masterworks Broadway, not Ghostlight.
"Ok ok ok ok ok ok ok. Have you guys heard about fidget spinners!?" ~Patti LuPone

If you follow the OP's link to Ghostlight's site, the Brigadoon CD is listed under their "Coming Soon" section w/a graphic of the album cover. I don't find it listed anywhere on the Masterworks site...
...BUT... I'm so VERY happy that you've shared another site that's devoted specifically to cast recordings! I really like the feature they have for clicking on the "Buy Now" button that creates a dropdown of links for where to purchase. Very convenient and useful!

OK... so on your high praise, I went to iTunes and searched "Paint Your Wagon". I am SO NOT disappointed!! I'd always been kinda "meh" about the score because I'd only known the movie version (aside from always liking "...Wandering Star", ",,,Maria" and "I Talk to the Trees" from singing them in grade school choir).
The thing I like best about the Encores! series is that they include the entire score and orchestrations. What a difference that makes! Also, the quality of the performers they cast as well as the quality of the recordings. I wish ALL of them were available.
I also downloaded Gentlemen Prefer Blondes which I'm just as impressed by, if not even more. The vocal arrangements are INCREDIBLE, and although Carol Channing is iconic. I appreciate hearing Megan Hilty's vocals more, as a perfect 'in-between' of her own talent, with a sprinkling of Marilyn Monroe's breathiness sprinkled here and there.
I completely expect to be attacked for this, but after listening to GPBs, I'd rather see a revival of GPBs over Tootsie, which I found to be pandering to the (legitimate) supporters of #meetoo.
There are ALL kinds of women (as is true for men, too) that exist in today's world, including the types that lead the show in GPBs. I think it would be much braver to revive GPBs, with its excellent score and enjoyable book than to pander to a current movement with (although loaded with fun and humor) an inferior Tootsie.
In a recent Youtube Brigadoon binge in preparation for this recording, I happened upon the audio of the City Center Production, and became immediately overjoyed at my solution for listening to Ross Lekites version of "Come to Me, Bend to Me" until December 7th... not to mention the rest of the fantastic score and cast. Just a little heads up, I don't know if promoting this obviously illegal bootleg is allowed, and if not, please tell me and I will remove this comment, but if it exists why not enjoy it, at least until the official one is out.

I'm so glad to hear it, John Adams! Yours was exactly my opinion before hearing the ENCORES! recording. I had no idea the daughter had such wonderful songs of her own. Although I grew up on recordings of BRIGADOON and, of course, MY FAIR LADY, I don't think I ever realized just how great a composer Frederick Loewe was until I heard that full recording of WAGON. (Too bad he preferred cards, booze and dames to composing.)
On a related note, this may be the first time two BWW posters EVER agreed on anything! Happy to share the moment with you.
Omg YES! December 7, okay, I can deal with that! Whoever finds it first on Ghostlight's site can you post it here? I'd rather buy from them than Amazon but they have to hurry!

It does seem to be taking much longer than usual. I wonder what the issue is.
The album listing is up on their website now but it looks like the physical release and digital release will be on the same day rather than an earlier digital release date.
The album is out now. It sounds sublime but what happened to “Once in the Highlands?” I figured it would be with the Prelude track but it isn’t. Did they perform it in this production and just not record it or was it not performed in the concert either?
It’s availalable for download on iTunes but didn’t show up when I searched ‘Brigadoon’. I searched ‘Kelli O’Hara’ and found it as ‘Lerner & Loewe’s Brigadoon’

If I recall, it was cut from the Encores production, and the "Prologue" music was used as an entr'acte. The show opened with the Tom/Jeff book scene.
