If you mean lotto, they are always busy, they only do Rush on Wednesday.

Yes, I was wondering how big the crowds had been for the in-person lottery. A friend of mine went right after opening and there were 19 tickets for about 40 people so she had pretty good odds. I know there's no telling who will show up, but I didn't know if the numbers had changed much since then.

Has anyone done this lately? How has the in-person lottery/rush lines been? Hoping to do this in the next week or so!

I did the lotto yesterday for the matinee, around 50 people were there for about 12-15 tickets. I lost, but got in the cancellation line while lotto was being called. After everyone left I waited about 15-20 minutes and then they called us in to buy standing room. They had 9 tickets and you could only buy 1 per person at $30 each. Glad I only paid that much because the show isn't worth paying face-value to see, in my opinion.

How was the view from standing room?

Positions are right and left of the audio booth in center orchestra. View is great, the only thing you miss is the scenics on the top portion of the set from the mezz. overhang (very minimal).

Anyone done the rush on Wednesday recently? How was the line and how early would you recommend getting there?

I am looking to do the Wednesday rush at some point this month. Does anyone have recommendations on what time to show up?

The line for rush this morning was past the stage door by 8:45am. I believe the first few people got to the box office around 11pm last night.

So how good of a chance is there to win it because I am coming in from out of town and REALLY want to see it. I looked at prices and 150 for rear Mezz is a little too pricy for me and my cousin but if i don’t see before I leave I will be really upset.

When do you think you can get there and still get tickets? I want to see it badly and will rush but I am also out of town.

My suggestion is to show up for the in-person lottery but if it's similar to when they did lottery a few weeks ago, then try to stand at the area where the standing room line starts after the in-person lottery. When I did in-person lottery, the standing room line was on the right side (when looking at the theater) next to the lottery drawing. I'd ask the employees doing the lottery just to make sure.

I'm not certain but I think the cancellation line and standing room line is the same line after the lottery is over.

The Wednesdays rush tickets are located at the same place as the in-person lottery tickets and the online lottery?
First row of orchestra?

I am not sure if standing room is sold every day. I went last Sunday and stood in the standing room/cancellation line after losing the lottery. Standing room was not sold immediately after (maybe an hour before curtain). There were 8 spots (I think they said 10 was the max on any given day) and of course they sold out right before me. I did manage to get a $79.50 partial view seat which I thought was great. I missed some projections but that's pretty much it.

Rush today 6/13/18

First groups in line 9:23PM on 6/12, 10:15PM 6/12, 10:45PM 6/12 and 2:30AM on 6/13. (Total of about 10 people)

It's about 8:45AM and there is about 70 people in line. They did split the line so it only goes so far down the side walk, then they added stansions to continue the line so it won't block the other building's entrances.

How have the sro/cancellation lines after the lotteries been for evening shows on two show days? Also does anyone know how early you have to get in line to be able to get tickets?

Or even just for evening shows in general?

Hey guys! I am coming in for vacation next week. Want to see mean girls but can’t rush. Was wondering if anyone is rushing on Wednesday July 11th or July 18th. If you are I was wondering if I could stand with you before the box office opens the day of and I would pay your ticket for you for the inconvenience!

Seriously stop.  By doing this you'd be cheating someone who possibly waited 5 hours out of a ticket.  Just play the lottery or buy a full priced ticket.  The line will eat you alive if they see you joining right before the box office opens.
