I looked just cos I suspected I knew what it was and Yup I was right! it's just plain old interstitial fluid usually something we try to avoid in nursing. (unless we are actually hydrating someone then we use a litre and a larger area) From a nursing perspective it's a waste of money time and resources. *sigh* It's moments like this I esp miss Rachel who would have done the whole "eye roll shake of head" with me.
