There are also 2nd row orchestra seats just in front of premium section for like 160 dollars for those who like the certainty of getting tickets in advance. I sat there, and it was great. Not just because of the clear view of the sauna scene....

I also caught this tonight and thought Gayle was incredible. Perfectly unhinged, funny, and vulnerable. 

One recommendation would be to sit on the "East" side. Several big moments faced the East side.

Wonder if Scherzinger would also be transferring too. I loved Doll's House. Would be so interested to see this production of Sunset. 

To the OP, you also mentioned twice that you want to see a show on Friday at 2pm, I assume you mean Saturday at 2pm? But just in case you don’t know, there isn’t a Friday matinee for shows on Broadway, unless there’s some odd schedule thanksgiving schedule of which I’m not aware. 

Anybody know if Conrad is back this week? Missed him my first time and saw that he was out a bunch last week. Didn't see anything on his social media. 

I never saw Vietgone, but I was thinking of catching Poor Yella Rednecks. Will I be completely lost?

As for Cabaret, does the cast interact with the audience? I was thinking of splurging and getting a table next to the stage. 

I will be in London from 8/22 to 8/27. It will be my first time seeing shows there, and I would greatly appreciate some recommendations. 

I'm leaning toward Cabaret and Guys and Dolls. I was planning on seeing 3-4 shows total. 

My favorite shows in NY semi-recently have been Doll's House, Take Me Out, Six, Oklahoma, Hello Dolly, Little Shop, Fat Ham, The Jitney, Ferryman.

Preaching to the choir, but I hope shucked wins something on Tony night. It feels a little like a repeat of 2018 of the Prom vs the Band's Visit again (Shucked being the Prom in my comparison). Perhaps Alex Newell has the best chance, though Justin Cooley was admittedly excellent as well. 

I am loving the cast recording!

Seeing Shucked blind before the cast recording, there are so many gems on the second listen. Independently Owned of course shines, but Andrew Durand also sounds so great in Ok and Somebody Will. Maybe Love reprise is so cute too.

Just saw both the past week. I really enjoyed Fat Ham, but Doll's House eeks it out for Chastain's incredible performance. The sound is just so fascinating, and I liked the pared down staging.

Buy a seat so that you have a clear view of stage right.
