I'm seeing it Sunday really excited from the clips that I've seen, especially with Anna's voice. Just a quick question for those who have seen it. Do you think that she reads too young since the revelation is that she's 26 years old, That's the one thing that stuck out to me from the clips, but to be honest I really don't care because her voice is marvelous. My brain is just thinking if this transferred to a full revival.

 

I will sell a kidney if anyone can get me tickets.....this should be at Radio City as it would sell out. 

Weird question. Going to the gallery performance tomorrow that has the dinner attached to it but not going to the dinner of course because I can't afford you know those prices...

For just attending the show, what would you say the dress code is? I've never been to one of these things before and I don't want to show up underdressed.

It also looks like The Acceptance Song was filmed in its entirety judging by shots of Nicole Kidman in the trailer that were not in the final cut of the film. Wonder if we will get a deleted scene.

I thought that Streep and Key had amazing chemistry, and it's such a stupid line but "apples and bees" made me chuckle harder than it should've.

Will Swenson as Tom Watson is just delicious fun.

Everyone sounds fantastic. It seems they went with the right choice to dub Ferguson.

I work right on 44th and we had a student group show up early and just as they were getting the last person in the building the car came plowing through. Truly scary to see the carnage, but I commend the NYPD, First Responders, and all the others that were involved that handled this. 

 

 

Yes "Evermore" is not "If I Cant't Love Her", but it seems that this song fits this version of the Beast more than IICLH. Personally I find the lyrics so beautiful and show that he has truly learned to love, even if he cannot have it.

Chenoweth's dress is very in line with how Pfeiffer was protayed in the movie.

Now what I have always been curious about is, would Sherie Rene Scott be allowed to play Amneris in todays climate with casting and such.

I have been in love with Jane for years, and I love how she was in that interview. She is one of America's very underrated comedians. No one can deliver a wackadoo line quite like she can with complete genuine composure. The fact that her dad might not see the show and for her reasons for taking it are heartbreaking and inspiring. 

I too will be in attendance tomorrow night and will report back.

I really liked her "Hello Young Lovers". I am partial to Kelli's phrasing/swing of "Ive been in love like you""I've had a love of my own".

Just bought my Tickets for May 3rd (thank you LincTix). So excited to be there when she walks back onstage after her long battle. She looks great in the dress too! The New York Theatre Community will welcome you back Marin with warm arms.
