I'd love a Taylor Swift musical. I don't think that her life story is particularly interesting enough to be a musical but I think that her music would fit a musical wonderfully.
Additionally, I'd love to see her write an original score for a musical. She is such a brilliant lyricist that I think she would do great with a full score.

As much as I would love it, Gaga has stated that she wants to do Broadway but something original.
She has already had ideas for musicals in which she would write and wrote one when she was younger.

^She's been teasing it a lot, too. She's hinted at a Broadway return on many of her Instagram lives and when she was recently on Seth Rudetsky's podcast he ended the episode by saying "Bye Rosie, see you on broadway!".
I'd be thrilled to see this, with or without Gaga. She'd definitely be my first pick for the role but she's much too busy, especially with her new album, tour that's happening at some point in the future, Vegas residency, and n

Excellently put, B.JAMES! She's a fantastic songwriter. And I, personally, believe that her performance strength has gotten much, much better these past few years. I was blown away by her "Reputation" tour. Her songs would fit wonderfully into a musical!

Was very impressed with the new cast last night! Colleen Ballinger nailed it as Dawn, I was so impressed with her voice, comedic skills, and physicality (her little walk was great). Easily my favorite of all of the actresses who have played the role. Todrick was good too as Ogie.
Alison Luff is giving a star performance as Jenna. Her voice was stunning and she nailed the emotions of the character. Rest of the cast was great as usual.
New cast is definitely worth check

Saw the show last Friday. Yikes, what a mess! Most of the cast looked bored as hell, starting with Amra Faye Wright, who makes it more than obvious she's been doing the show for almost 20 years. Desi Oakley has little to no stage presence, and while her vocals her fine, I kept forgetting her character existed. The Billy, Mama, and Amos were great but couldn't save the show. They need to clean out most of the cast and just close this already.
