I just got that off the playwright’s website, I have no idea how long each act is. For all I know they could be short, but I would just be ready for it to be a two hour show.

We know that it was filmed after they came back, we just don’t know what it was filmed for (Great Performances, cinema screenings, etc).

They have announced that they plan to hit Broadway after London, yes, but no dates or theatre have been announced.
Also, the difference between the OP’s question and my response is that my response doesn’t spoil anything. I don’t name any characters. Okay, I name a location...that doesn’t necessarily give anything away except that someone visits that town.

I don’t think the Hamptons (as seen on his Instagram) is considered upstate, but I do think someone, perhaps PThespian, mentioned that he is taking the week off.
Judging by that space between rows, I would say that is more like a view from row K, so the view from row T will be a bit further back, though still a good view.
I am not sure if they hold seats back or not, but I rushed on Saturday. I got there a little after 5am (maybe 5:05?) and was #8 in line. Before the box office opened, they came out and said they had about 20 tickets, at that point the line was pretty long and some people left, but there was still a very hefty line when they opened the box office,

My understanding of reading that is that the scenic obstruction is referring rather to your path for leaving. You can’t leave the seat because there will be a set piece obstructing your path for most of the show.
