^^^ That would be a great feature. To my knowledge, there is no "wish list" that we can construct on the site and be alerted when that show was listed. I would love that. Has anyone found anything like that on TDF?
It's weird that the site was "upgraded," and it certainly took a lot of time and wreaked havoc, but I haven't noticed any additional functionality or features that benefit members. Maybe some social media abilities have been added, but I don't
I noticed that the dates don't have the day of the week nor the time of the performance. So it will just say, for instance, October 22, and you need to have a calendar handy to figure out what day of the week that is.
If you're looking for tickets, Kimbo, there is a rush. I bet you'd get in.
Also, I wanted to mention that I took the ferry over to Dumbo from Wall Street. It's a nice, short ride, and very pleasant on a nice day. The theater is right there near the ferry stop.
My friend and I really enjoyed this unconventional staging of Oklahoma! We caught the Sunday matinee. It's such a traditional, classic score, but it sounded great reimagined as folk tunes and sung so intimately, without being miked (except when the handhelds were used). I didn't mind the blackout scenes and feel they heightened the drama.
I even didn't mind the gory ending because I think the director was making a statement about gun violence, both in how it birth
Waverly Gallery Monday night, Oct. 1: Our two TDF seats were in Row Q orchestra, all the way on the side. Visibility was fine. Could see between the heads of the people in front of us.
To me it sounds like classy and sophisticated video game music. It's very percussive with a lot of synth sounds, combined now and then with what sounds to me like "real" instruments. Many unusual sound effects are also used. One, for instance, sounds like a wooden ship being torn apart.

Personally, I would go with the seats in N. I sat in Row P almost all the way over on the side, and I was astounded by how good the view was. Taptic intermission I chatted with the two women who were sitting on the end of the row, and they said their view was very good also. The problem with T is that the rake in the orchestra starts to level off, and if you happen to get someone tall in front of you, your view will suffer.
