I'll preface this by saying that I adore B.D. Wong. I have only left at intermission once in my 50+ years of theater going and that was during his one man show Herringbone. I felt horribly embarrassed for him and just couldn't sit through a second act.

Kristin is adopted. She's never shared who her birth parents were. She has met her birth mother, but never revealed who she was.

Either parent could be of Mexican decent for all we know.
