Oof, as awful as it sounds, you aren’t entitled to see the original cast or cheap tickets. Most shows don’t have such cheap tickets widely available. Does it suck they are gone? Yes. But broadway is first and foremost a business. The cheap tickets are a gift. Above all, you don’t *have* to see it again, you want to. And I’m sure they will sell the cheap tickets again come the fall.

How did they sell out? Monday they had availability at many price points, and dates but today they are sold out? What happened?

Okay I entered the OOTI lottery without ID, and they said it was fine as I didn’t have one. My school does not give student IDs and I did student rush for the Tonys and they accepted my passport and online report card. Just check with the person running the lotto.

My thoughts exactly lol. I have only entered theaters after the show with permission and to buy merchandise. Guess what? They never have a problem. Just ask. Don’t take playbills without asking also, though imo it’s fair game if it’s on the floor in the pathways when walking through the theater. Also, ushers are more likely to give a playbill if you buy merchandi

When reporting a suicide, you are not supposed to really talk about the methods used to accomplish it. It encourages copycat suicides and is triggering for people who struggle with the issues. Of course this is common courtesy when reporting on the touchy subject, though not a set rule or law.
