The donation for the signed window card was $60. The donation for the tote was $20. They also have an apron for $20, I believe.
I have been listening to the OBCR from the revival during my long layover in Atlanta. It never fails to surprise me how much more vibrant a cast recording sounds after you’ve actually seen a stage version.

Wow. Just wow. Still processing tonight. Easily one of the finest nights of theater I’ve ever experienced. The whole cast was firing on all cylinders, including Thatcher Jacobs as Jason. I was crying so much at the end that the woman next to me patted my knee to comfort me. I have to get up in less than 3 hours to catch my early flight home so I’ll try to keep this short. The direction of this thread caused me to look to see how Waitress is selling for next week in Oklahoma City. I am already seeing it next Tuesday. I had thought it was selling well, but noticed that most Balcony seats are unsold (similar to A Bronx Tale last week). I also noted that seats in front of mine in the orchestra had opened up. So I called and they moved me for free from the second row of center orchestra to front row of center orchestra pit.
I wouldn’t chance it. We did TSF on a Sunday night three years ago after Aladdin back when Aladdin was still doing an early evening 6:30 p.m. Sunday performance. So we should have gotten out of Aladdin around 9:00. Then headed over to Brooklyn (via Subway) for TSF (I believe at 10:30). I think we had a little bit of time beforehand outside, but not much. I wouldn’t get tickets for TSF unless you know you’ll be done with your evening show and back out on the sidewalk no later

In case you decide againsta comedic sequel to one of Shakespeare’s lesser known plays, have you considered Waitress? It might fit the criteria. I’m seeing it again (on tour) next week.

Saw this tonight in Oklahoma City at the Lyric Theatre. I enjoyed it. Yes. It’s not perfect. The music was great and weaves into the storyline very well. I especially loved the way they used the song Evangeline. But not much really happens. You could say the same thing about Once but there were enough minor subplots and characters to make Once feel more substantial. There are no subplots in Girlfriend. I was there for fhe first preview and I believe they did already have window cards. I know I was amazed they already had so much merch.
As far as stagedoor, they had a line of barricades and everyone seemed to get their playbills signed and selfies if they wished (except with Kelli who doesn’t do that). Everyone was very friendly.

Saw this Friday night. I went in with low expectations. I actually used a $20 Off discount code to score one of the cheapest seats in the house - I sat front row center balcony for $$38 including all fees. It’s not selling well here in Oklahoma City. They usually have 400 - 500 unsold seats for each performance. It started Tuesday and ends Sunday.
Look, it is far from a perfect show, but I can see why it played well with the bridge and tunnel crowd. It certainly worked its imperfect ch
