Still confused about that one (it made me think of the song "Big Blue World" and I got sort of excited thinking that Disney was expanding the Anderson-Lopez's Finding Nemo Musical from Animal Kingdom into a full show haha)."

Caught tonight’s performance and unfortunately, the show is a mess. The cast delivers admirable performances and the physical production itself is handsome, but the book is beyond problematic. I don’t see how it could have any commercial potential.

I believe Paper Mill is receiving enhancement money for this particular production (it is produced by Hal Luftig and Craig Haffner)...though I have no clue what the “average” budget may be.

I’ll be there on closing night, but I’m curious to hear people’s thoughts. I’d heard the goal is Broadway.
As mentioned above, I'm guessing Don't Stop is the pre-Broadway engagement that the Colonial was teasing earlier today. Perhaps the announcement will also include Broadway dates? I just hope they work on their artwork...it looks very cheap and sloppily put together.
It seems Bombshell isn't dead after all (despite the upcoming Some Like It Hot, which many seemed to think was a compromise). Craig Zadan just teased on Twitter...
Quite honestly, I think it was the worst thing I've ever seen on a Broadway stage...and that's including other travesties like the Gigi and Guys and Dolls revivals.

Besides Peppermint who’s been onstage for maybe 10 minutes so far and the ALWAYS incredible Rachel York, nothing on that stage is holding my interest. It’s as if the show was directed so that most of thesongs need to all be sung in a way to elicit a chorus of “YAAAAS QUEEN” from the audience. I’m just so confused

First review is out... it’s positive and basically says the show is a big crowd pleaser, but notes the mediocre score.
