Did the rush on 7/5/19 (Friday). Arrived at 7:35, five people in line; 9:00 - 18 in line; 9:30 - 26 in line; 9:55 - 35 in line. Only limited view balcony and standing room were available. The box office person stated that the standing room offered better views than the balcony seats. I took one standing room ticket and I was located left orchestra, position 7. Excellent view and could see everything. The 18th person in line was only two spaces to my left.&n
Don't know if this helps, but my wife and I rushed for the evening performance of The Prom on 3/2/19. We got to the box office at 2:15 that afternoon. We were the only ones there. We were able to get two seats no problem. Left Orchestra, Row N, Seats 18 & 20. That's likely the exception, not the rule. Great show and we had a lot of fun!! Good Luck.

Did the Rush today (2/2/19) for the 2:00 matinee show. Got in line at about 9:20 am. There were twenty-five folks in front of us. By the time the box office opened (10:00), there may have been 55-60 people in line total. By the time we got to the ticket window, they had no more Rush seating tickets left. All that was available was Standing Room. We got two tickets, standing spots 103 & 104, Center Orchestra and it was an excellent view. If you’re looking to get seats from the Rush sales,

I saw Hamilton with the OBC on 5/2/16. I knew the general context of what the show was about, but I purposely made it a point to not listen to the cast recording or watch it on YouTube because I wanted to hear/see the music, songs, and production with fresh ears and eyes!! Im glad I did that, for I loved everything about that show! While waiting in the Cancellation Line for my ticket that day, I mentioned to someone else in line basically what I stated above. She was envious of this and she

I won a pair of seats in January for the matinee performance. Front row, left side, seats 1 and 3! Fantastic views!! If you’re short (like my wife), make sure you get a seat booster to see over the front of the stage! We tried for about half a year until we finally won!
Has anyone gotten anything back from 'Springsteen On Broadway'? I sent a Playbill and a nice letter to the Walter Kerr Theatre on 4/9/18 requesting Bruce to sign the Playbill and include one of his guitar picks. I did include a self-addressed stamped envelope as well. Haven't gotten anything back as of yet.

If you had the opportunity to purchase tickets but chose not to during the last sale, you are still verified and will get a notification text to purchase tickets if you are randomly selected. Those that have alre

Go to the web site 'A View From My Seat'. In the search bar on that site, type in Music Box Theater. It will then come up with pictures of seat views from various locations throughout the theater. If memory serves me, there maybe a couple pictures from the box seat areas.

Ahhh, nice!! This gives me a little hope! It’s on Saturday, so it may be different than a weekday. Won’t know unless I try! Thank you for the info!!

Probably no chance if any, I got there around 7:30am last time I rushed and standing room sold out right away - granted, that was January, not march, but I can't

I’m having nightmares trying to talk to someone in customer service. Needless to say I’m very frustrated. If I can even get this resolved, I’m sure the tix I want will no longer be there."
I had that same issue as well. I did it once and it said that there was an error and I needed to
I got my notification at 8:12 last night and I'm in the 1:00 pm time slot. Glad I got the notification that I have a chance to get tickets, but I'm a little bummed that it's at 1:00. I have a feeling the cheaper seats will be gone by the time I'm allowed to purchase tickets. Won't know until I try. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I think you'll have a good chance for the evening show. Like rcbell64 said, with today's temps getting into the upper 90's, I too bet that most of those folks are there for the matinee show! H
So, the catch is, I already have two tickets to see the show July 15. But I really wanted to see Lin, so I was planning to do the line and sell my tickets...but now I wonder if I'll even get in, and if the average wait is over 48 hours. What do you guys think?! Will I be happier just seeing it July 15 with who knows who the actors will be? Do I risk waiting in line for two nights before I have to go back to Virginia?

I e-mailed Ticketmaster about it last night but have yet to hear back. Should I call tomorrow if I don't get a reply by then? I just don't want there to be any problems with my order.
I had the same issue this morning. Nothing to worry ab
