Quite frankly, the only opinion I went into the show with was that Darren Criss was a cutie boy who I enjoyed in Glee. His voice just wasn't as strong as I hoped it would be. No need to get your knickers in a twist.

I saw the matinee today and was fairly disappointed in both Bridges and Criss. While I would say the show was certainly entertaining, criss's voice was incredibly thin and he seemed to stumble through his lines several times. Bridges was just a hot mess....his voice was pretty awful.
Criss was a much better dancer than singer. Hopefully he will get better after a few more shows.

Sing, I am cracking up...I was just thinking how much it bugs me when my mother in law says she is going to the thee-ay-ter.
I am seeing this in Ft. Lauderdale in March...I'm hoping it's better than people are saying it is. I've looked forward to seeing it for a long time and love the score.
